By yahoo app

Prior to the new bt mail app being launched, I used to access my bt email on my phone with the yahoo app, for which I paid 89p a month.

Since I no longer need it I thought I would cancel it,  however, because my by email address is no longer associated with yahoo, I can no longer log into it and therefore, cannot cancel it.

Has anybody else had this? Or have any suggestions how I can cancel it?

Re: By yahoo app

Who were you paying 89p per month to. The Yahoo app was free and if you were paying for your BTYahoo email address it would have been £7.50 per month.

Are you a BT Broadband customer or paying for your BT email account through a BT Premium email account?

The Yahoo email app on Google Play store is free. You should not be paying anything for it. If Google are charging you for it you will need to take it up with them. It has nothing to do with BT.
