CSV File

I am hoping to import my bt email contacts to new outlook they are asking for a csv file which has UTF-8 encoding. Any help much appreciated.

Hi @Blade Thanks for posting and welcome back to the community. 

 

1. Sign in to your BT Mail account and go to the Contacts tab.
2. Select the box next to each contact whose information you wish to export.
3. Click on the 'More' drop-down option then 'Export Contacts'  select 'CSV' as the file type, choose a file name, and click submit.
4. Save the CSV file to your computer.
