Seems like a recurring theme here.
Had access to my talk21 emails via my iphone for years, but on Friday it stopped working.
Have phoned the email team today, but they cant seem to locate by talk21.com email address on their system. How can this be?
Are you a BT broadband customer? If not, your email will have been downgraded to Basic Mail only accessible via webmail.
Are logging in using the correct format as posted in message 2 of the thread?
No- I’m not a BT internet customer.
I have tried logging in online using the ‘.t21@btinternet.com’ but it says incorrect password.
It does say ‘We found a BT ID and a BT email account’ for my original talk21.com email though when I go to password reset.
However, Unfortunately my password reset answers now appear to be wrong/ are way out of date so I can’t gain access.
i haven’t logged in manually for years, always done it on my phone through the iPhone mail app.

The details @licquorice has mentioned about only being able to access basic email accounts via Webmail are correct, but we definitely want to make sure you're still able to get logged in to take a look.
