Can send emails but not receive them

Hi,

My mum's BT email seems to have stopped working properly. She can send emails, but not receive and hasn't been able to do so for some weeks. IT's the same whether we log on through a client or on the website. We've tried changing passwords, checking the blocked sender list, checking the rules/autoforwarding, using a different machine and so on but no joy. 

Has anyone got any other ideas?
