Can't Access Email

Hello I'm getting an error when recovering my email, that I haven't used in a while. I can get the pin, but I can't seem to reset the password.

I have made a password completely new and following all the rules

If your email account has not been used it will have been deleted. All you will be able to do is reuse the email address.
