Can't Email BT Addresses

Every time any of the email clients on my server with ANS email a BT address they receive the error below. The server and IP address are not on any known blacklists, and can email every other type of address perfectly fine.

The problem is that the error is so vague it doesn''t give us any indication of how to fix things. Please can someone help. There must be something happening at the BT side which is preventing anyone replying to or emailing BT addresses.

I'm sorry to have to inform you that your message could not
be delivered to one or more recipients. It's attached below.

For further assistance, please send mail to postmaster.

If you do so, please include this problem report. You can
delete your own text from the attached returned message.

Re: Can't Email BT Addresses

See the following link and ensure that you are meeting all the criteria.

BT Email - best practices for postmasters and senders of email | BT Help

If you are you should contact the BT Postmaster at the email address supplied in the link to see if they can help.

BT previous report it would appear that the postmaster is not very fast at replying so you may need to keep emailing until you do get a reply.
