I am also having the exact same problem with the ceased account! i can log in on my Laptop but uninstalled my account on my phone as it hadn't loaded since Friday, however, i can no longer log into it using my btinternet email. I wonder if you may also be able to help me, please?

Needed a phone call to the support team. They were very helpful and recovered my email and most important to me all past emails etc.
