Can't log in - Session expired, please log again

This problem started yesterday. When attempting to log into my BTemail account from my PC, I get the message 'loading data, please wait' then after about 30 seconds I get the message 'Your session has expired. Please log in again to continue' and despite retrying, I cannot get past this point.

Hi rd1066,

 

Sorry for the problems you had logging into your emails.

 

How is everything now?  Have you managed to log in ok?  Post back and let me know please.

no one has suggested a solution, problem still exists!

I have exactly the same issue...started this evening. I log out, go to log in again and it auto does it despite me not setting it up to do this and hence in a circle, session expires, log out, go to log in......session expired.  I need to send e mail and this is really annoying.
