I'm receiving emails OK on my mobile but in the last 48hrs I can't send them?
I can send Outlook and Gmail emails so app working ok.
Also if I use Web mail on my mobile I can send OK.

Are you a BT Broadband customer or paying for your email through a BT Premium Email account?
If you are a BT Broadband customer was your email account set up from that broadband account or is it a sub account from another BT Broadband account?
Which device and which email app are you using?
Have you checked that you are using the correct server settings.
I'm using a Sony experia mobile with the standard email app that comes with the phone I've had this phone for over a year without any issues until last 48hrs. Further info.... my wife has an iPhone, she also attempted to send an email today and it failed but like me she is receiving them.
You have not said whether or not you have checked the server settings and if they are the correct ones.
You also need to log onto your MyBT and go to "Your Products" > "Mail manage" and check what status your email account is showing as.
It may be that it is showing as BT Basic email.
To be fair I did not check mail server info cos been working well over year for me and longer for other half anyway but I have checked and outgoing server not changed and is correct but will check what my profile states on webmail not even thought about that... So will check ASAP
Checked server setting and webmail profile all were ok.
New twist as I stated both mobiles an android Sony and an iPhone had the same issue but we tested both today and both were able to send emails....no alterations were made before this test so both mobiles were exactly the same as before this problem occurred!!!!
