I can't send emails for the second time in a month. Last time this happened it took four days to correct via the Helpdesk. But no one could explain what had happened or what to do next time it happened. Any ideas?

Thank you. Yes, as advised, I switched off my hub for 15 minutes and then switched it back on. I did that three times and after the third attempt I was able once again to send emails. So it is all working again. Presumably I will need to do this again if it happens in the future. Can't BT find a way of fixing the problem. There seem to be loads of people having this difficulty.
