Cannot able to send emails from two days?

Since last two days im facing this problem.I called your mail support staff 0-808143-3686 but its just ringing no one responce.I have to send my important mails.

Hi, welcome to the forums.

 

Can we assume that you had no issues prior to the past couple of days?

 

How are you accessing your emails? Is it via a mail client/app or webmail?

 

Are you with BTYahoo or BTMail? The way to check is login to webmail and see if there's a Yahoo image near the top of the page.

I too am having problems with email (BT Yahoo) as of 21-12-17 around 10.50am none of my devices can log in and I'm told my password is incorrect - although I've changed nothing - So I updated password, changed it on all devices but still no joy, still saying password incorrect! BUT, logging on via BT.com I can access my emails ok.

 

I've also posted on the thread - 'Unsuccessful attempts to log in, you've been tempor...' with similar reply.
