I have deleted my account on both iPads and my phone and restarted the device even reset them and nothing and set up through other aswell 😖

Yes I even deleted the mail app and reinstalled it also reset my home hub but still the same 😒

It’s the Apple Mail app still no joy and didn’t get my call from level2 team again last night this is the 2nd time now 😖will be another day wasted trying to sort it

Turns out that my Mrs changed the password recently and forgot to tell me...all working now..doh !

Finally resolved after 5 days 😩for some reason my account had become unverified don’t know how that happened the level 2 team had to access my account and change my details and hey presto it working again don’t know why it took so many phone calls and chats to take 5 days but aleast sorted now
