We have put together a short survey to capture your feedback in terms of what BT can do when you experience home Wi-Fi issues. We would appreciate it if you could take a couple of minutes to complete a short survey. Read more from here, Fix my home Wi-Fi
Advice needed, I am the Account holder and have had an acrimonious break up. Just moved out and awaiting to get re-connected. However, I went into my emails and have tried to delete my ex's email from my account, but he's obviously changed his password...I want to delete him for good and not on my account!
Any help or advice would be most greatly appreciated
Thanks guys...Happy Easter
You need to delete the address from MyBT > Manage extras > manage email. However, if you have 'gifted' the address to him you won't be able to delete it as it will be associated with his BTID.
Thank you already done the manage email. How do I know if his email address was gifted...we had been together for 25 years and can’t remember.
If it was still under your BTID and you were able to delete it, then it wasn't gifted. That will delete the email address after 60 days. If you go to the deleted mails section below the manage emails, you should have the option to either re-instate the address or delete it immediately.
