Hi,
I recently set up BT Sport which I got through my mobile provider as a bonus. Since setting this up, I have been unable to access my emails from my laptop / desktop browser (though everything is fine on my phone).
When I go to emails, it says I need to log in. When I log in in the normal way, i get the following message:
You're not currently logged in to email - to login, click here.
This loop then continues. Is anyone able to advise?

Try clearing your browser cache or try a different browser. Start fresh at bt.com and then select email.
Do you actually have a BT email account?
Hi I have an @btopenworld.com email address and I have tried a different email browser and have the same issues.
im not sure if part of the problem is potentially due to the use of btopen world vs btinternet
Are you a BT Broadband customer or paying for your email through a BT Premium email account?
Have you tried using the suffix of @btinternet.com rather than @btopenworld.com?
