Cannot reset password
Can anyone help? I have a btopenworld email since the early 2000's. Ex husband was the primary email but I've never had any issues.
Last night I was logged out of the BT Email App and now cannot log back in or change my password as its saying it doesn't recognise it. BT have been no help so far.
I'm in bits as my whole life is in the email address including everything connected to my autistic son which I now cannot access.
Can anyone help please? 😞

Are you a BT Broadband customer or a BT Premium email account holder?
Have you tried logging in using a web browser rather than the BTMail app?
