iI only use Outllok to send/recieve,as webmail has not functioned for me in years.
Recently,i noticed ema ils i have sent out are not reaching their detinations.I tried emailing my other
non BT email and still nothing appears.However i can recieve mail on my BT internet account.
I have not made any changes to my email settings so i'm at wits end as too what the issue is.
Outlook on what device?
Are mails showing in a “sending” box/ folder.
Has outlook been updated recently.
Are you a BT Broadband customer or paying for your email through a BT Premium email account?
In order to try and diagnose what your problem is it would be necessary to be able to ensure that your webmail is working. Can you give details what the problem is with that.
