Still no luck though...My IT provider claim it's the routers fault and a new one would resolve the issue but that shouldn't need to be the case.
Just a home user with Office365 business account.
My reference to support was a contract I have with an IT support company to help with general IT issues.
I doubt you will be able to get help here, as this board is for BT Residential Broadband email accounts only, in the format firstname.lastname@example.org
