Can anyone direct me to how I change my BT Mail password?
When I go into my account settings, the email address is greyed out and there is no option to change the password.
I then followed some out of date guidance on the BT mail support page to change the password through BT ID, but the page is not available due to a technical error:

Login to your email, at the top right click on your address and select Account Info, that will take you to the change password screen.
