I have my email forwarded from my domain @mydomain.com address to my btinternet.com address. This is still working fine.
However when I reply or compose an email in webmail I no longer have an option to set the sender to my @mydomain.com address, it always uses the @btinternet.com address.
I'm sure previously I'd set this up, but it not only seems to have vanished, I cannot found how I do this.
Also while I'm posting...why do 90% of my emails arrive in spam not inbox...
It was a function that was available with BTYahoo mail but I assume you have been migrated to the new BT Mail which doesn't have that facility.
If you keep marking the mail as not spam and add the senders to your safe senders list, the spam filters will eventually catch up.

Yet again progress that takes us backwards...
If the emails that are ending up in spam are the ones that are being forwarded from your domain, try adding your domain to the "safe senders" list in the settings.
Go to the settings that can be found by clicking on your username then go to "Mail" > "Safe Senders" then add your domain ie *mydomain.com.
