probably way past number 2 by now ,
How do I stop getting passed around and get to someone with a bit of clout please .
3 days now wasted trying to sort this , promised call backs not happening etc

You want the 'Easy Assist' team, they deal with account merges, a merge is where the same person has multiple accounts and want them under one account..
To merge the accounts they need to be in the same name and at the same address.
Line/broadband and TV services are merged to the mobile accounts to preserve the data allowance anniversary.
