Client access - Ipad / Macbook stopped working today!
Awful experience with chat and via 150 - really unhelpful
Followed all the help I can find - guess it's "wait" until sorted.

Can you access your emails via webmail? If so, then the advice is to do nothing - no password change, no settings changes, no remove/re-add account etc.
As you're using more than one device, check on one of them only for the time being. Stop the other from auto-checking if that's set.
If after a couple of days you still can't access via your clients, then sometimes a password reset can kick client access into life. Make sure that after a password reset, wait at least 15 minutes before trying client access - and only try one of them, making sure that the password is altered in all the relevant sections (some devices need the password changing in a couple of places).
Chat can't help, and 150 is not really a fault line for internet issues.
