Hello, I hope someone can help me with a question I have. My mum passed away last year & she had a BT email address. My dad has discovered he's still paying for this email but no longer requires it. I'm trying to help him find out how he goes about closing it but seem to be going round in circles! Can anyone help me with this? Is it just a simple case of cancelling his direct debit?? For help or to cancel your Premium email call 0808 100 6778, Monday to Friday 9am to 9pm, Saturday and Sunday 9am to 6pm.
Presumably your mum wasn't a BT broadband customer and was paying for the standalone Premium Mail.
Email is included with BT broadband and is not charged for separately.
