Connection OK but unable to open IE nor send/receive e-mails
New BT customer and set up my wireless connection Saturday. Having to post this from my works e-mail because unable to open IE nor send/receive e-mails using Outlook. Microsoft diagnostic suggested that access being blocked by a Firewall. Don't want to disable windows Firewall and couldn't access 'Avast!' to disable its Firewall. Anyone experienced this and can anyone help me get proper access? Does anyone have a BT Tech Support phone number I can use?

did you try connecting with ethernet cable to make sure you can get internet access that way?
