Half of my contacts are missing since a recent upgrade you did. How do I get them back? This is also an issue with other people I know.
Same with me. New system has deleted all my customer lists. Has deleted some current e-mail addresses and inserted some old e-mail addresses. I received NO WARNING this would happen. I have now lost customers and spent six hours so far trying to get current e-mail addresses back in my system and create new lists. BT you are a disgrace, such incompetency is unbelievable. Cannot estimate what this has cost me.
Have still not got my Contacts back.
Is this an acceptable way to treat your customers BT?
Your just roll out a replacement to Yahoo and miss half the data from my account.
Was this not tested beforehand?
If this was a commercial roll out you would be paying penalties by now.
