Contacts

I want to list my contacts by surname rather than first names. There used to be a choice available. At the moment with new improved BT Mail it seems like you can only list by first names. Any advice about how I can return to listing by surnames - and a list which doesn't fold away contacts when there are more than 4 names under any particular letter of the alphabet. Any help / advice much appreciated.

Log onto your email and click on the contacts button. When the page loads go to the colum where the alphabet is listed. You will see a "down arrow"  Click on that and select "last name".

Thanks very much for your quick reply. Unfortunately I'm unable to locate any down arrow. This is a new BT display inflicted on me as of yesterday and the only arrows I can see are downward arrows aimed to display hidden addresses under the letter A.

Thanks again for your help. Unfortunately the screen display I have is still labelled BT Yahoo which does not have the same layout as you've sent me.

Thanks so much for your help. Sorry if I confused you. I'm confused myself. Yesterday I was told my Yahoo email was no longer operative so what I am working on is purely BT as I understand it. But my layout display still reads BT Yahoo.
