Create additional emails address

I have the premium email account, but I do not see the option to create a new email address when I go into “manage” from the email address.

I have seen a few people with the same problem, but the resolution seems to be the mods doing something clever!!!

You need to log onto your MyBT and go to "Your Products" then "Email manage" and create the new email accounts from there.

I have absolutely no idea why you would want to lock yourself into paying an ISP purely for an email address any further than you already have.

Just create a Gmail or Outlook (Hotmail) address

Have you tried contacting the BT Premium email team on 0808 100 6778. They should be able to help.

Had the email 25 years and it is linked to my wife's business.

Yes, I can understand why you want to keep the original address, but not why you would want to make it even harder to break the link by adding a further address.
