To address an issue I have, I understand that I need to enter a TXT record into the DNS settings for my account. But I don't know where to access the DNS settings. Can anyone help with this please?

I know the text that I want to enter, I just need to know how to find the place it needs to go.

That will depend entirely on your email provider. If you are referring to a btinternet email address, you cannot or need not make any entries.
