Deferred: 422-Too many messages from [IP Address]

We are [InPost] getting below error message daily when sending email notifications to our customers with @btinternet.com email domain.

How can we increase the limit on both sender IP addresses so that we can avoid this issue?

This is the error message we get:

Deferred: 422-Too many messages from [IP Address] on 2022/11/22 10:16:27 GMT. We have received a high volume of emails in a short space of time from this IP address. You may have been affected unknowingly through your email provider. 422 We have protected our customers by limiting the emails coming from this source as this could potentially be SPAM. If you believe this to be in error please contact your email provider.

See attached link and ensure that you are complying with all the items. If you are you should email the BT Postmaster and request that they assist you with your problem.

Thanks gg30340. I have checked and I believe we are complying with all the items. I have reached out to BT Postmaster for assistance.
