Are you still a BT Broadband customer?
Its never a good idea to store important information on an e-mail server unledd you have a local copy somewhere.
I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they will post an invite on this thread.
They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.
@Franny1 I'm really sorry about this, it sounds like your t21 email address may not have been associated to your BT broadband account and has been inadvertently deleted. We can take a look to see if anything can be done if you send over your detail on the 'click here to contact the mods' link in my forum profile. You can find the link by clicking on my username.
