I changed broadband to EE. BT have deleted my account immediately without giving me 60 days to choose either the premium or basic accounts. They have failed to get back to me for the last ten days. What rights or comeback do I have, if any?

BT'S normal practice is to downgrade your email to basic so you can only access your email using web mail and any other access will not work. Have you tried web mail access?

In other words, owing to some technical glitch.
Hi @Robin109 I'm really sorry your email has been deleted in error. It may be possible to reactive the email but we may not be able to guarantee the contents of the inbox can be recovered. Did the helpdesk raise a case with the email team to do that for you when you got in touch?
