Deleted email address but account still open

I don't have any services from BT, but I used to. My old account is still open, although the only thing showing in it is a deleted email address. I'm getting monthly bills in the post, all saying I owe £0!

I'd just like this account closed. How do I do that?

I have notified the moderators of the forum about your problem. Once they have read this they may be able to help. They are very busy at present so it can take up to 48 hours for them to contact you. They will do this by posting on this thread.

Thanks for taking the time to speak with me today @Martynrw68.

As promised, I have stopped the account and removed the email. You may receive a Final Bill confirming everything has stopped but there will be no other bills as the account is fully closed.
