Deleted emails from folder

Hi,

I am after some advice please.

I accidentally deleted a folder of saved items which then went to my bin folder and not realising deleted that.

is there a way of recovering the bin items that got deleted please?

No. Once deleted from the Trash folder they can not be recovered,
