Deleted folder only showing emails from last 2 weeks

Hi,

I would like to recover an email that I deleted in early November.  However, my deleted folder only shows about 100 emails and from last the last few weeks.  The number of deleted items by the folder name says that there are +99, but I can't see them all.  In the past, I have had hundreds of deleted emails kept.  I haven't deleted the emails permanently, so how can I see those that are only a little bit later than the beginning of the years?

If you wished to keep the emails why did you delete them? Items over 30 days old in the deleted folder are automatically permanently deleted. If you wish to keep emails, create a pending folder and move them to there instead.

I have only just realised that I need a particular email. I did not know that deleted items would be permanently deleted after 30 days. They certainly haven't been in the past. Is there anyway I can get this email back?
