Deleted old BT email account reissue?

Hi,

A friend of mine has had her BT-issued email address deleted and needs it to access and recover her Facebook account (no other email or phone number linked to it).

The BT email account was lost about 5 years ago.

The question is can that email account be issued to her again?

Does any have any help, please?

Not a chance, I'm afraid.

I'm sure there must be other ways to recover a Facebook account.

So why if i try create the same email address its saying this:

You cannot re-use an old address, as that would present a security risk, as someone else may try to use it, and get personal details from the original owner, or pretend to be the original owner.

Have your friend tried using the Facebook help pages etc in order to recover her Facebook account?

BT email addresses are never reissued once deleted, hence the address exists but cannot be re-issued.
