I have an email account with bt. I created a friend's and family sub account which I would now like to delete. Having spoken to BT on the phone it appears that an email option should come up in my manage broadband extras, but it does not. They said that they would solve the problems within 5 working days but still unable to delete after 2 weeks. I also mentioned that I am no longer able to get my emails on my computer. It states my settings are out of date. Don't know if this is connected to my other problem or not.
When I go to this page my included extrs are listed as follows:
Security - BT Web Protect, BT Virus Protect, BT Cloud, BT Parental Controls, BT Call Protect, True Key
Broadband - BT Wi-Fi
BT Apps - My BT app, BT Wi-fi app, BT Cloud app, BT Virus Protect.
When I spoke to an advisor on the phone they told me there should be an option to manage my email under the Broadband section but it is not there.
Hmm, indeed there should be.
I think we might need to get the mods involved, I will ask them to respond.
