If I transfer my broadband from BT will my email addresses automatically be downgraded to basic ones or do I have to do something to stop them being deleted after 60 days?

This suggests the new provider would have to put in a request for me (as I don't have to contact BT) but it seems unlikely they'd be bothered with old email addresses. BT chat didn't seem able to give me a clear answer about the process.

When BT are informed that you are leaving BT you will be informed via your MyBT what your email options are. If you do nothing it will be downgraded automatically.
