E mail issues

I was notified last week by BT that my e mail account had been compromised. I was advised to change my password which I did, acces to my e mail was restored via the BT website. However on my PC and mobile I am unable to send mail with error messages saying server error. I have tried a few thing, but was told by a chap at BT support to delete my account from Outlook and re create it. On my PC I am now unable to reset up my e mail due to a server error or username and password issues, all of which appear to be good. On my Android mobile I am unable to send mail but appear to be able to receive ok. Befor deleting my account on my PC I could receive mails but not send.

Are you a BT Broadband customer or paying for your email through a BT Premium email account?

Hiya, I'm a BT Broadband customer. I'm going to put this down to a BT problem as all appears to be working OK now using exactly the same settings as I was trying before. Thanks
