I have a BT ID and 2 factor authorisation setup and have 4 BT addresses set up many years ago. While I can access the email addresses on my mobile easily I am unable to log in to any address through BT COM it keeps referring to 2 factor authorisation and log in with BT ID Have been running around in circles and getting nowhere. Grateful for some help Many Thanks
p.s. I can log in to BT ID but cant see emails gives same run around.

Thanks for the quick reply Using some of the links I have now realised that I have more than one BT ID possibly 3 No idea how I changed to what I thought was a new ID a long time ago though it never seemed to work properly. I can now access 3 of my emails under 2 BT IDs but a fourth does not seem to be linked as there may be an original one from nearly 18 yrs ago. Bit of a mess I cant see an easy way to solve this or ascertain what my ID s are. On one account I have no active emails but 4 emails (which I use all the time) are listed as given to friends and or family. All a bit odd
