My wife's bt email address (used for >15 years) appears to have been deleted, and when I log in to My BT I cannot see it (it is a sub-account of mine), nor can I see an option to reactivate it.
I have seen the advice about inactivity for deletion but... a) she uses the account via iPhone using the *recommended* SMTP settings on a daily basis b) she can still see all her emails via her phone (via the mail.btinternet.com mailserver
So the emails are all still there... and right now we can still (sort of) limp on...however, it is not possible to log in via the web!! HELP!!!! We are worried we will lose 15+ years of records!!
If the emails are still there, surely BT just need to somehow reconnect?
