Email Doesn't Recognise My Address - Unable to Get Anywhere

I am unable to log in to my email as when I enter the address, I get the message that the address is not recognised. I have had this address for years so am at a loss as to why this happening.

I'd appreciate any help. Thanks.

Neither - it's an old Talk21 address.

Its quite likely its been deleted then, if its not associated with a current BT Broadband account.

Thanks, but  my wife has a Talk21 account with no problems so makes it more annoying.

That is also likely to be deleted soon, as part of the email account cleanup that is running.

If neither are associated with a BT Broadband account, or a BT Premium mail account, then they would be be deleted.

BT seem to run a robot from time to time that picks up accounts not associated with a BT Broadband account or BT Premium Email - but not all accounts.

So in order to keep any important emails/contacts from your Wife's account - please make sure that they are backed up.
