How do I access email settings for BT mail via https://email.bt.com/mail - ie via my account online?

It's suddenly displaying in the FROM box my email address repeated three times, instead of my name.

Log on using a browser using the full version not the mobile version in the browser and you will find the settings by clicking on your user name at the top right hand side.
