If you need help with an @btinternet.com residential account we can look into it for you. Bear in mind, if what you have been told already is true then we will not be able to get the email address back. Hopefully the email was associated to an active BT Broadband residential account or else you were paying for it through Premium Mail otherwise there is little to no chance that we can retrieve it.
To get in touch with us, click on my user name and then on contact the mods. We'll need as much information as possible including the account number the email was associated to IE your residential BT broadband or Premium Mail account number.
