After considerable time of working well. I am have in the past few days had trouble accessing my Bt emails.
"site cannot be reached"
"Strongauth.secure.bt.com took to long to respond"

Tried to resolve by using online chat...………. unable to resolve. Can access via my phone just not with a web browser

Have you tried to access using the link above that John has posted?
Can you confirm if you have tried another browser and deleted your cache and cookies?
yes I’ve tried chrome and edge browsers and cleared the cache and tried another laptop
i just receive a message saying page not working
It looks like you are affected by the same issue, sorry about this. Please keep an eye on the other thread for an update.
The error message shows slightly different on different web browsers.
Thank-you John, the problem related to BT Login page on my desktop not the iPad or iPhone which worked ok. Situation has improved since deleting cookies etc.
