Email Login

I couldn't log into my BT email via my ipad /iphone.

I was asked to change my password which I have done via bt.com.

I have updated my password on my ipad and iphone and they still do not work.

When updating my email password it looked like I was updating my BT account login password rather than my email account password.

The BT system keeps taking me round the same loop to change my password but it does not work on my ipad or iphone.

I can log into my mail account via BT.com using my updated password.

If you are on the BTYahoo email system and not the BTMail system try using this link to change your email password.

Turn off your ipad and iphone while you are doing the change.

Once you have changed it try logging onto your email via webmail. If that works OK wait at least 15 minutes before changing it on your ipad/iphone. Only turn on one device at a time when making the change and check it is working before turning on and changing the other device.
