I have an old talk21 email account that stopped sending or receiving emails 2 days ago (31/08/2022). When trying to view emails via mobile phone, I get a message to say that it cannot connect to the server. If I attempt to view via laptop, it allows me to log in to BT but I receive a message to say that I am not logged into my emails...desperate for help as I am waiting on 2 x important emails!!
Are you entering the login details in the format (username).t21@btinternet.com?
