I have two issues with the email Outbox:
1) Using the app on my Android phone outgoing emails (or some of them?) are failing to send and then going to the Oubox. This isn't happening when I use BT email on my laptop.
2) Why isn't there an Outbox showing in the web email?
Any help will be appreciated
Thanks. Of course I should ahve realised that 'setnt' and 'outbox' were effectively the same thing.
My email app on my phone is BT's own app.
You could try uninstalling the BTMail app and restarting your device then re-install the app. I have my own views on the BTMail app, instead preferring the Bluemail app.
