Hello, for the last 2 days I keep getting a text to my mobile saying my email password has changed and I havent changed it!
I then go in and use the forgotten password link and set a new password and everything is ok again this happened yesterday and today
any Idea whats happening

Did you try logging on with your "old" password before changing it?
It could be that your account has been hacked. You need to log on and check no forwarding email addresses have been set up in your email settings.
You also need to log onto your MyBT and set up 2 factor authentication and check that your contact details in the event of an email change/problem are correct.
If you find anything amiss with the above you need to change it them log out of your account then log back in and change the password again.

Just checked 2FA is setup I guess thats why I get a text to my mobile
2FA should not allow access to your account unless you allow it by following the prompts in the text or the alternative email address you may have included in the 2FA settings.
