I am trying to reset my BT mail password (BT ID is fine). I still have access to BT mail via my office software, so can still get emails but will need to set up a new device shortly.
However I can't remember the password and BT keep sending me to this page below and the problem starts.
This page will not accept my details, I have tried several different postcodes etc from old addresses but nothing works so I can't reset the email password. My date of birth is correct.
CAN ANYONE HELP? I don't want to break my existing link to accounts by doing something wrong.
You need to get all 3 right for it to work. If you are not the main account holder, check if its their details instead?
If this does not work, only way is to ring the helpdesk and they will use alternative ways to validate you.
