Support :-
I have an account on @mailfence.com and @btinternet.com ; mail sent from my mailfence account is being bounced with the following ..
.snip from mail headers (full headers available for support if required )
X-RazorGate-Vade-Classification: commercial-dirty
X-RazorGate-Vade-Verdict: spam 107
X-VadeSecure-score: verdict=spam score=107/350, class=commercial-dirty
X-SNCR-VADESECURE: SUSPECT
X-RazorGate-Vade-Verdict: spam 107
X-RazorGate-Vade-Classification: commercial-dirty
This is either the domain or the sending ip address of my client (which ironically is a BTI BB IP Addy) or its CP Critical Path and Yahoo have an SMTP fall out (again) so.....
if its the latter BT need to fix or Mailfence.com needs white listing
Note I looked at the safesend options on the BT mail help pages but this option does not exist in the client ???
Please respond support
Thank You
Mike C

Just so that you are aware, this is a BT residential customer to customer forum. Your post does not go to BT. The only BT staff are the forum moderators who do not necessarily read all the posts.
I live in hope !
Are SPF/DKIM/DMARC configured correctly for your account at mailfence?
short answer yes ... and all RBls at any level show green I suggest someone at BT reads this
Its not the first time its had a wobble
RazorGate Administrator's Guide - IceWarp Help Center
What is the bounceback message you are getting instead of the headers? Razorgate is just the MTA (Mail Transfer Agent thinghe) which uses Vade Secure which is the external spam engine that is giving the score. 107 is relatively good score suggesting the message has passed spam filters but you as a sending domain have not passed.
ok Aspiring...
not posting the bounce here as it would reveal too much personal info .... as to your understanding Razorgate is not just an MTA thingy its installed in the BT architecure as a security device _ its RG800 scale and is used to maintain SPF etc there are several other vanilla MTA's in line
If one looks at the RBL,s at the IP ; IP Range ; Domain and Mail Address level the sending address and domain comes back as green in all regards
I have sent data to both postmaster and if we are all playing in an RFC compliant world hopefully someone will contact me
I was really trying to get the admins to pass this on rather than generate speculation on what could or could not be the issue.
and now its working so hopefully someone did something ;D
Did you get a reply back from Postmaster saying they have changed something? They normally respond if they solved a single user issue otherwise yours suddenly working is something else.
no but ... if the issue was in the back of CP or Yahoo BT do not always get the low down .......
