Over the last week, a number of emails that I have received have automatically deleted from both my Mac mail account, iPad account and on the BT website.
Old emails are still there, just a few over the previous few days. I have checked my settings and all remain the same with no changes.
Maybe related, but I have also received some garbled emails, where it looks as though a few emails have joined together and come through using code rather than simple text and pictures.
Grateful for any advice that forum members can give.
Are the deleted emails showing up in your Thrash folder?
Can you change your email password and see if it's still happening afterwards?

The emails do not show up in the trash folders either.
We will review changing the passwords in a few days and will see what happens then.
